ABOUT US

Hello, I work as a professional tour guide in Tanzania, I am Tanzanian by birth and born in the northern part of the country, I was born and raised in Arusha in the village of Sura at the foot of Mount Meru to the south, this village is bordered by the forest of large farms among other forests owned by the Tanzania Forestry Services Agency (TFS), I was born in a family with 9 children and I am the last child in a family of parents whose daily work is subsistence farming and have invested in agriculture and animal husbandry, name My name is Junior Gabriel Ayo, many today know me as AYO which is my family name, basically I joined my parents in their life brand,

The management of plantation forests in my village does logging and replanting where every logging season my parents get a plot to put seeds before TFS starts new plantations in the area which has a lot of pine trees, Cypress and Eucalyptus, the forest is located approx. 1400 masl. 2300 masl, after that the mountain forest that includes many types of indegenois trees such as Ficus, venonia, crotons, candle bush, pegion wood, bamboo, and many others that are the best habitat for many mammal species like Cape Buffalo, Baboons, velvet. and Sky/blue Monkeys, Bush money and so on….,

All of these, including the conservation officers from TFS in the area all the time had a great contribution because I got a great awareness about the conservation of the environment and the interest that after my primary education in the primary school in sura in 2011 I joined the secondary school in Unambu and then I finished joining . a public garage of mechanics in the city of Arusha where the opportunity to arrive in the city revealed to me on Tourism how a well-preserved situation could provide opportunities for tourism apart from the conservation of the environment, Forests and agricultural fields from time to time.

This happened because I kept in the auto repair shop for the safari vehicles so I also had the chance to meet the safari guides who brought the vans for service, due to this time the conservation of the environment and the passion I had for the creatures nature and non-living things had formed in me, influencing something that caused a great hunger for tourism studies from 2016— 2018 when I joined Arusha international language training services (AILS) for an orientation course that included modules on Mammalogy, geography of Tourism, herpetology, ornithologie and Botany, and later French. a language that took me a year to speak fluently,

In many trips as a porter in the mountains of kili and Meru I was able to fund the training of essential skills for those I volunteered to be like leadership, cost management, driving, first identification skills, when by the year 2019 I was ready to do. and so far I have done it for more than 5 good years,

I have been certified and licensed as a professional safari guide in Tanzania, for a long period of time and working I have realized that I deserve my position because I am connected to all the sources of the environment that I have been to today why? because today I lead in all the categories of wildlife and culturally protected government and private nurseries that I am always near the ranks I grew up mentally meeting with the locals, the forest and wild animals. The reason for the opening of the company is the sector to support income in the sources of the national park and the income is derived from the payment tourists pay to travel to the national park. and forest protection to help forests and forests to take good care of the wildlife environment. and to empower natural resource providers along with other things to promote the country’s economy, employment in the community and in the tourist guide sector and to provide aid in non-profit organizations, the aid sector or community efforts for my benefit or to solve problems in society or the world. in general but also me as a director. , I will be able to earn income to develop other projects that will generate jobs for Tanzanian youth and raise street children at the level of education, including orphans.
